Club Meetings  

Our club meets the first, third Wednesday at 12:00 Noon. If we are fortunate enough to have five Wednesdays in a month, we grab the fifth one for a meeting, usually scheduled in the evening. On that occasion we will typically host our Service Leadership groups or honor deserving individuals who serve our community -- or both.

  Our club is honored to co-sponsor the KINFolk/Kiwanis 5K Walk-Run on September 10, 2008
  KINFolk, and organization that provides windows to school and the outside world to seriously ill children was the solution that the Honorable Jane Brady created to fill a need. While visiting a child who was fighting leukemia in a strange city, Ms. Brady (then Delaware's Attorney General) realized how isolated so many seriously ill children were. The provision of a laptop computer and internet access might break those bonds of isolation. Heaven knows, the serious illness was bad enough without having to face it alone.

• July 30th Youth Night Meeting -- an opportunity to meet with our Service Leadership organizations. We also acknowledged our Legion of Honor members, those whose service to Kiwanis and the community tally 25 years or more.
